    Thanks for the advice Jason, I take them at 8 in the morning and 8 at night depending on what my DR.. has me on at the moment, that also changes with the seasons.

    Just became a member. Diagnosed with Bipolor 1 with Anxiety Disorder. March and April are two of the roughest months for me do to the fact that I am really sensitive to the weather and live in the Midwest. I double my DR. app as well as my therapy app. I try to keep a routine, but my sleep is all over the place. I take my meds as prescribed…[Read more]

    • Hi Doug, thank you for joining the community. When you take your meds, what times of the day do you take them? I take mine at night around two hours before I go to bed. That seems to work best for me. I get sensitive around spring too.
